Syntax Description:

• community-list-number— IP community list number. Valid list numbers are 1 to 199.

• line— Regular expression. See Appendix B, "Regular Expressions."

Purpose: To display the contents of the local BGP routing table for prefixes matching the community listed in the community list.

Example: Display BGP Prefixes Belonging to a Specific Community Using a Community List

An IP community list can be used to list routes belonging to a certain community or list of communities using the following configuration. This example lists only those routes with a community value of no-export.

ip community-list 1 permit no-export

rtrA#show ip bgp community 1

BGP table version is 41, local router ID is 10.1.1.2

Status codes: s suppressed, d damped, h history, * valid, > best, i - internal

Origin codes: i - IGP, e - EGP, ? - incomplete
